accurate month-end and quarter-end financial close activities in
accordance with US GAAP within the required deadlines
monthly and quarterly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations,
Balance Sheet Flux analysis
sales tax administration
Sales Order, Agreement or Customer purchase order, Proof of Delivery (POD)
to ensure compliance with US GAAP revenue recognition requirements
and post sales invoices
AR inbox, communicate with our 3rd party service provider regarding open
invoices, collection, etc.
all contracts are reviewed for revenue recognition compliance in
accordance with US GAAP (ASC606 and ASC605)

Accounting Manager for activities such as vendor reconciliations, 1099
preparation, internal and external audits, etc.

with QAD preferred or similar ERP product required
excellent problem-solving skills
